At times most people get these TWO METHODS of making money online confused.

MLM MARKETING- This is where you sign up for an mlm program and you make money from referring others to the same opportunity, then you get commissions on there efforts for promoting and signing up others, with some programs you probably get commissions down to a couple of levels and the process repeats itself; get the picture?

This method of making money online is good but it almost solely depends on the marketing effort of your downline; however it can generate a good passive residual income for you over time.

AFFILIATE MARKETING- This type of income is generated solely by promoting other companies' products and services; you usually get a one time commission when someone clicks and makes purchases through the link you provide; whether you promote the links or banners through your personal website or blogs you get paid. This method is great because the more you promote your site or blog the higher your chances of someone clicking your links or banners you provided hopefully making you a sale for a product or service that person really needs or wants.
Ok, now since that is out of the way, here's how you can start to make money online just like I've been doing for over the past 25 years. Believe me, this information will change your life.

GET THE FACTS FIRST.

First thing you need to do is find a topic of interest that a particular niche market may be interested in, e.g. LIFE INSURANCE, HEALTH INSURANCE, MAKING MONEY, GARDENING, BREAD BAKING, HOW TO CREATE A WEBSITE ETC; I'm sure that you get the picture. After you find a topic you want to shed some light on and teach others how to do it, then you need to compile as much information as you can about your topic and become an expert on that topic. Don't compile or write a bunch of garbage if you have no experience in the area you are writing about. Do your due diligence by reading e-books and other information on your preferred topic, especially if you have no experience in that particular field. Once you've done your research you'll be one step closer to making money online in the simple steps I'll reveal shortly. Once you've got your topic and information ready, you need to create a website or a blog telling your viewers about your topic.

Website option: There are absolutely two things you must have to build a website.
1.) A DOMAIN NAME e.g. (YOURSITE.NET OR YOURSITE.COM) etc.
2.) A WEB HOSTING COMPANY.
